Modern Two-Storey Residential Gym Scene

This 3ds Max residential gym scene features a modern two-storey structure with extensive glazing, a swimming pool, and landscaping. The scene presents a contemporary two-storey building primarily used as a private gym. The upper level is defined by a large, transparent glass facade that reveals the interior exercise equipment, while the ground floor incorporates warm-toned materials and a sheltered outdoor seating area. A swimming pool sits adjacent to a pergola-covered patio, integrated into a meticulously manicured garden setting. The architectural form is clean and rectilinear, balancing heavy concrete elements with light-transmitting surfaces. Detailed site elements, including trimmed hedges, mature trees, and strategic exterior lighting, complete this cohesive architectural environment, offering a high-fidelity foundation for daylight or evening visualisations.

The download is a 632 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
