Modern Tropical Two-Storey Villa Scene

This SketchUp model of a modern two-storey villa features a clean concrete and wood facade, integrated pool, and lush tropical landscaping. The architecture presents a contemporary two-storey form defined by clean lines and a material palette of exposed concrete and dark timber slats. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing connects the interior living spaces to the exterior deck, which leads directly to a compact swimming pool. The composition is balanced by the surrounding tropical vegetation, including mature palm trees that provide natural shading and depth to the scene. The overall design language is minimalist and focused on indoor-outdoor flow, making it a suitable study for modern residential architecture in warm climates.
