Luxury Beige and Walnut Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This luxury open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a marble accent wall, walnut shelving, and staircase detailing. Defined by a sophisticated palette of beige, cream, and walnut-brown, this high-end interior scene showcases a double-height living area. The focal point is a floor-to-ceiling marble feature wall with dramatic book-matched veining, flanked by contemporary wall sconces. Adjacent is a bespoke floor-to-ceiling walnut shelving unit that serves as a room divider, incorporating integrated display lighting. The space transitions seamlessly to a staircase with ornate metal balustrades and contrasting white steps. Plush, curved armchairs and a modular sofa arrangement anchor the seating area, while clean, minimalist wall mouldings provide a refined, classic architectural backdrop.

The download is a 630 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid architectural visualisation, this SketchUp model provides a fully curated interior environment. Users can leverage the pre-configured scene to study lighting interactions, camera angles, or interior layouts. The file is structured with organised layers, allowing for the easy isolation of furniture, lighting fixtures, or architectural elements for individual modification. Best practice involves checking texture mapping on the marble surfaces and adjusting the global lighting settings to match specific project requirements before finalising the composition for rendering.
