About this asset

This Indochine-style tropical courtyard scene for 3ds Max features lush vegetation, patterned stone tiling, and a glass canopy. This architectural scene captures a sophisticated Indochine-inspired courtyard, defined by its blend of colonial-era elegance and tropical greenery. The space is anchored by intricate, geometrically patterned stone floor tiles in contrasting grey and white tones. A glass-roofed pergola structure provides a modern touch, filtering soft light onto the surrounding white walls and dark timber slatted screens. The perimeter is densely planted with banana leaves, ferns, and mature trees, creating a secluded, verdant atmosphere. Traditional stone guardian statues and low-profile lounge seating complete the composition, offering a balanced mix of structural geometry and organic texture.

The download is a 654 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilise this 3ds Max scene by adjusting the exposure and light balance to match your specific project requirements. The file is structured with clear layers for vegetation, hardscaping, and furniture, allowing for easy selection and modification. Ensure the texture paths are re-linked upon opening to maintain the integrity of the stone and wood materials. Professionals can scale the entire assembly to fit varying floor plates or isolate individual assets like the planters and seating for use in other exterior compositions.
