Grey Modern Two-Storey Residential Villa Exterior Scene

This modern two-storey residential villa exterior scene for SketchUp features a cantilevered concrete volume and brick facade. This architectural scene depicts a contemporary two-storey villa characterized by a striking cantilevered upper floor finished in light grey concrete panels. The ground level integrates exposed red brick masonry with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, creating a seamless transition between the interior and the outdoor living areas. A private swimming pool runs parallel to the main structure, complemented by lush tropical planting and integrated warm accent lighting. The composition balances heavy solid forms with transparent surfaces, emphasizing clean horizontal lines and a sophisticated material contrast between industrial brick and modern structural concrete.

The download is a 397 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To utilize this SketchUp scene effectively, verify that all external references and proxy assets are correctly linked within the file path. The model is structured for efficient navigation, allowing users to adjust camera angles, modify lighting intensities, or swap material maps for specific render engine compatibility. Organise the geometry into logical layers to manage the density of vegetation and architectural elements, ensuring smooth viewport performance while setting up final lighting passes or adding entourage to the surrounding site context.
