About this asset

This 3ds Max scene features a landscaped garden waterfall and pond, complete with bamboo, ferns, lighting, and stone detailing. This garden scene provides a composed naturalistic water feature, anchored by a tiered rock formation that creates a cascading waterfall into a shallow stone-edged pond. Lush vegetation, including tall bamboo stalks, ferns, and floating lily pads, surrounds the water, creating a dense, organic aesthetic. The perimeter is illuminated by a series of low-profile bollard lights and a single traditional-style lamp post, which provides a warm glow against the twilight setting. Each element is arranged to suggest a tranquil, established garden corner, demonstrating careful attention to natural materials and layered planting.

The download is a 14.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is structured for immediate integration into larger landscape projects. Users can append the entire assembly as a reference or merge individual components into their master file. The lighting setup is pre-configured, allowing for quick adjustments to the ambient glow or the intensity of the lamp post to match specific project requirements. Texture mapping for the rocks and foliage is optimized for standard render engines, ensuring realistic material responses to the integrated light sources.

Ideal for residential landscape visualization, this scene works well for exterior design presentations or architectural fly-throughs. It is particularly suited for projects requiring a focal water feature in a garden, courtyard, or park setting. Professionals looking for ready-to-use outdoor assets will find this useful for defining backyard zones, creating serene entrance features, or populating green spaces. It pairs effectively with modern residential architecture and traditional garden styles, enhancing the overall presentation of outdoor living areas in client-facing design proposals.
