Modern Blue Illuminated Digital Display Column

This modern SketchUp model features a pair of vertical columns wrapped in blue illuminated digital display slats. These vertical display columns feature a contemporary, high-tech aesthetic defined by a series of vertical, blue-toned LED slats. The design incorporates a rhythmic, staggered arrangement of display panels that feature text and graphic elements, creating a dynamic, futuristic appearance. The structure is finished with a dark, recessed background, emphasizing the glowing blue light emitted from the display surfaces. The square-profile columns are designed as a pair, offering a consistent visual language suitable for high-impact interior installations where integrated lighting and digital communication are required to define a space.

The download is a 379 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this model is organized into components for easy placement and orientation within a scene. Users can scale the columns to suit specific ceiling heights or floor-to-ceiling requirements. The materials are mapped as standard textures, allowing for adjustments to the glow intensity or color temperature within rendering extensions. Because the geometry is lightweight, it can be easily duplicated or arranged in arrays to create larger feature walls or wayfinding installations without significantly impacting file performance or viewport navigation speeds.
