3: Graduated from high school (or provide pre-graduation certificate, then diploma by registration).
4: Language Proficiency for Chinese-taught programs: HSK certificate (exempt if secondary education was in Chinese).
5: Language Proficiency for English-taught programs: TOEFL/IELTS/OTHER score report (exempt if native language is English or secondary education was in English).
