Yaroslavl State Technical University

Yaroslavl State Technical University (YSTU), established in 1944, is a prominent Russian technical university educating approximately 5,000 students. It offers a wide array of over 50 fields of study, encompassing chemistry, biotechnology, architecture, design, shipbuilding, software engineering, information technology, telecommunications, and mechanical engineering. The university's structure includes six Institutes, notably the Institute of Architecture and Design, alongside ten innovation centers and laboratories. YSTU has achieved national recognition, with four of its training branches ranked among the TOP-20 in Russia based on admission quality. The university maintains strong partnerships with the Government of the Yaroslavl region and leading regional enterprises, evidenced by more than 20 cooperation agreements focused on innovation and employment. A high graduate employment rate of 90% is reported, with many students securing employment during their studies.
