Universidad del Valle de Atemajac

The Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) is a private, Catholic higher education system in Mexico, with a history dating back to its founding as Instituto Pío XII in 1962. It achieved university status in 1979 and was formally established as a Catholic University in 2005. UNIVA operates across multiple campuses in several Mexican states, including its main campus in Guadalajara. The architecture program, known as 'Ingeniero Arquitecto,' is designed to cultivate professionals adept at applying theoretical and methodological principles of exact sciences to architectural project development.
