SPD's Master's courses are organized in collaboration with IULM University and are recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University, and Research (MIUR), awarding academic degree certificates and ECTS credits. The Scuola Politecnica di Design is officially acknowledged as a learning institution by the regional government of Lombardy and was certified as UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 compliant in 2009. Bachelor of Arts programs are accredited by Teesside University, SPD's Educational Partner.
Admissions
Deadlines
Admissions to Master of Arts programs are open year-round, with courses commencing every January. Application deadlines vary by program and intake. Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible due to limited spots. The July intake allows students to begin their studies in October.
Requirements
Master of Arts: Second class (2.2) honours or higher in art, design, or other creative disciplines (ISCED level 6 program). Graduates in scientific/social science/humanities disciplines or those with significant professional experience may also be selected. Required documents include: Bachelor Degree, Transcript of Records, Portfolio (if available), Passport/ID, Motivational letter, CV, and an IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent, with no component below 5.5). An admission interview is also required.
Application Fee: Approximately €100 for graduate school.
