About RAW – Real Architecture Workshop
RAW Architecture (Realrich Architecture Workshop) is a Jakarta-based architectural firm founded in 2011 by Realrich Sjarief. The studio fosters collaboration and dialogue through three platforms: RAW Architecture, DOT Workshop, and OMAH Library. RAW Architecture explores sustainable design and the relationship between context and materiality. DOT Workshop focuses on construction research and the art of building. OMAH Library supports research, literacy, and architectural discourse, hosting public seminars. RAW Architecture approaches each project with ideas exploration to develop stereotomy and technical aspects of the building, as well as historical studies and case studies in achieving tectonics. They also provide annual fellowships to students from South-East Asia.
