Norwich University of the Arts offers a challenging, fun, and dedicated approach to architecture, focused on producing architects who serve the needs of people. The Architecture and Interior Design Programme is deeply integrated into the university's broader creative environment, embracing experimentation, transformation, and new techniques. Students develop their specialism within a multidisciplinary dialogue, fostering creative collaboration and technological innovation. The curriculum is designed to equip students with real-world skills and critical understanding to develop new forms of architectural practice, addressing the role and responsibility of creative spatial practices in urban, societal, and planetary contexts. This includes considering spaces shaped by politics, culture, identity, economy, and climate, as well as testing design strategies for sustainability and social engagement. The university aims for graduates to be professionally competent, experimental, innovative, ethically and environmentally responsible, and critical agents of spatial transformation.

MArch_Architecture: A 2:1 honours degree or above in a RIBA/ARB Part 1 recognised course or equivalent. Portfolio assessment/interview required. Applicants with degrees from other disciplines may be considered with a satisfactory portfolio. English language requirements: IELTS 6.0 overall (min 5.5 in each component), PTE 59 (all 4 skills), TOEFL 80 (Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, Writing 17).
BA_Hons_Architecture: 112 UCAS Tariff points (e.g., BBC A-levels); Passes at Grade 4 or above in English, Maths, and a Science subject.
