About National University of Engineering

The Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts (FAUA) is one of the eleven faculties of the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Lima, Peru. Founded in 1910 as the Special Section of Construction Architects, FAUA marked the beginning of professional architecture education in Peru and played a significant role in disseminating the modern movement, remaining the sole architecture school in the country for fifty years. Committed to global standards, its academic quality has been internationally accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) since 2012.
