About Jamia Millia Islamia

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is a Public Central University, established in 1920, and designated as a Central University by an Act of Parliament in 1988. The Faculty of Architecture & Ekistics, founded in 2001-2002, embodies the university's mission of 'Social concern & Innovation.'
