F-TEC Skill Development, an initiative of Foresight Edutech Private Limited, was established in 1995 to address the demand for skilled IT professionals. It has evolved into a multi-skilling company actively supporting the Skill India Mission. The organization aims to provide quality computer and skill-based education, with a particular focus on empowering youth and women from economically weaker sections. F-TEC offers training programs across more than 15 sectors, including IT-ITES, Banking & Finance, Computer Accountancy, Retail Management, Soft Skills, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Cyber Security. It aims to bridge the skill gap and enhance employability by offering industry-relevant training at affordable costs through its network of over 50 centers, having trained over 400,000 youth nationwide. The institution emphasizes practical skills and job placement assistance.
