Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Saint Etienne (ENSASE)

This program provides an introduction to architectural design, aiming to equip students with the fundamentals of architectural culture and project practice. It focuses on understanding design processes in various contexts and scales, referencing uses, techniques, and temporalities within an explicit pedagogical framework.

This program focuses on deepening architectural knowledge and skills, culminating in a final project. Students have the opportunity to study abroad for one or two semesters during the Master's cycle.

This program is for students holding a Diplôme d'État d'Architecte (DEA) who wish to be authorized to manage projects independently and register with the Ordre National des Architectes. It involves a combination of in-depth theoretical training and professional practice.

This program allows students to pursue advanced research in architecture. It is offered in partnership with Université Jean Monnet, with supervision by a research professor and a practicing architect from the school.

This is a specific track of the Master Ville et Environnement Urbains (VEU) at the University of Lyon. ENSASE also offers different specific Masters courses and/or double degrees.

In partnership with Universidad de San Buenaventura de Medellín, Colombie (USBMED), students can obtain both the Diplôme d'État d'Architecte (DEA) and a Colombian architecture degree. This requires validating specific courses during the international mobility year (first year of Master, semesters 7 and 8).
