Requirements
Diploma in Architectural Technology (ECP): National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with English Home Language or First Additional Language (Level 4), Mathematics (Level 3), or Mathematical Literacy (Level 5), or Technical Mathematics (Level 4). Minimum APS score of 26 with Mathematics or 28 with Mathematical Literacy. May require a portfolio.
Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology: A Diploma in Architectural Technology (or recognised equivalent) with a 60% average pass in the final year, and a minimum of 60% for Architectural Design 3 and Architectural Technology 3. Applicants not meeting these requirements or from other institutions are subject to a selection process including a digital portfolio.
Diploma in Architectural Technology (Mainstream): National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with English Home Language or First Additional Language (Level 4), Mathematics (Level 4), or Mathematical Literacy (Level 6), or Technical Mathematics (Level 5). Recommended: Engineering and Graphic Design, Computer Applications Technology, and/or Design-/Art-related subjects. Minimum APS score of 30 with Mathematics or 32 with Mathematical Literacy.
