Founded in 1991 by John Grieco, Bergen County Academies (BCA) stands as a beacon of educational innovation in Hackensack, New Jersey. This tuition-free public magnet high school, serving students from across Bergen County, has evolved from its vocational roots into a nationally recognized institution. Organized into seven specialized academies, including Engineering and Design Technology and the Academy for the Advancement of Science and Technology, BCA fosters a dynamic, student-centered environment that embraces the whole person.
