B.Arch: Pass in Class XII with (Physics + Mathematics + a third subject from Chemistry/ Biology / Technical Vocational subject / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies) and English with a minimum of 45% aggregate OR 10+3 Diploma (aggregate 45%) with Mathematics. Qualification of NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is mandatory, with the best score out of three attempts from NATA 2025 & 2026 considered. Average aggregate percentage in Class XII for admitted students last year was 76% (based on English + Physics + Mathematics + Chemistry).

B.Plan: 10+2 with a minimum of 55% aggregate.

M.Arch: Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
