About Shanghai Institute of Technology

Founded in 1954, Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT) is a distinctive high-level university of applied innovation, enrolling undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral students. It is recognized as a key construction unit of Shanghai and one of the TOP 100 model Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) in China. SIT is also an MOE approved construction unit for New Engineering and first-class programs and a pilot unit for intellectual property in China.
