Requirements
phd: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Planning AND Master's Degree in Architecture/Planning or equivalent with a minimum CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or 60% marks) for Open/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates, and 6.0 (or 55% marks) for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Alternatively, a Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Planning with a minimum CGPI of 8.5 (or 80% marks) for Open/EWS/OBC-NCL, and 8.0 (or 75% marks) for SC/ST/PwD candidates. An Institute/department level test and presentation may also be required, along with a NET qualification.
b_arch: 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects, or a 10+3 Diploma in Mathematics, with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Qualification in JEE Main Paper-II is mandatory, and NATA scores are also considered.
m_arch: Bachelor's degree (preferably B.Arch) from a recognized university/college with at least 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate. Selection is primarily based on GATE entrance examination rank.
