About The French Culinary Institute

Founded in 1984 as The French Culinary Institute, the International Culinary Center (ICC) has been a leading culinary institution, shaping the landscape of modern gastronomy. Our focus is on providing students with a strong foundation in classic techniques while fostering innovation and creativity. We believe in hands-on learning, mentorship from world-renowned chefs, and a curriculum that evolves with the industry. The ICC is dedicated to preparing aspiring chefs, pastry artists, and culinary professionals for successful careers in the culinary world, emphasizing quality ingredients, sustainable practices, and the pursuit of excellence in every dish. The school changed its name from the French Culinary Institute in 2011. Unfortunately the school closed permanently in 2020.
