Requirements

B.Arch: Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate; OR Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Candidates must qualify NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with a minimum of 80 marks out of 200.

M.Arch (General): A pass in B.Arch.

M.Arch (Real Estate Development): A pass in B.Arch or B.E (Civil) from COA recognized schools.
