The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program received the highest accreditation from PCATP for batches inducted during 2012, 2013, and 2014.
Admissions
Deadlines
Spring 2025 admission deadline was February 3, 2025. Spring 2026 admission deadline was October 24, 2025. (These are general UMT deadlines and may apply to SAP programs)
Requirements
PhD: 18 years qualification with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA or 60% marks in the annual system. No third division in the entire academic career. Minimum 60% in GAT (Subject) or 70% in UGAT. Requires an interview and a tentative research proposal (500-1000 words).
Undergraduate: Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate/A-Level or equivalent, no 3rd division in Matriculation. Some programs may require a minimum score on the UMT entry test.
Graduate (MS/MPhil): Relevant MS/MPhil with 50% marks in the annual system or 2.0/4.0 CGPA in the semester system. GAT (General) or UMT Graduate Admission Test (at least 50%). Admission Interview by UMT. No third division in the entire academic career.
