Accredited by the Board of Architectural Education (BAE) of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) since September 2012. Received Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) full accreditation for its Parts I & II Courses in January 2011 and was unconditionally reaccredited in March 2023 for the next 5 years. Also a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) Registered Training Institution - P01/0761 since 2017.

Applications are typically issued online during August until the first week of September each year. Aptitude tests and interviews for the Part I Year I program are conducted during September. The 2025 intake applications will be issued online.
