About Hopkisville Community College

Hopkinsville Community College (HCC), established in 1965, is a two-year public institution and one of sixteen open-admission colleges within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The college serves approximately 2,080 students, with the majority from Kentucky. HCC operates on a semester system and offers classes at its main campus in Hopkinsville and a branch campus on the Fort Campbell Army Base, along with various off-campus locations. The Hopkinsville campus features well-maintained grounds, including the serene Round Table Park, and comprises eight buildings. The Fort Campbell Campus provides five 8-week terms annually. HCC's curriculum includes technical and academic associate degrees, diploma and certificate programs in occupational fields, customized training for industries, and continuing, adult, and developmental education, as well as distance learning.
