Uganda Technical College Kichwamba (UTC-KI) is a public tertiary institution in Kabarole District, western Uganda, established in 1947 as an artisan training center for World War II veterans. Certificate Entry Scheme: At least a National or Advanced Certificate from a recognised institution in Block Laying and Concrete Practice, Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing, Painting and Decoration, or any other engineering field as approved by the Joint Admissions Board of the Ministry of Education and Sports.
Advanced Level Entry Scheme: At least one Principal Pass in either Physics or Mathematics obtained at the same sitting of the Advanced Level Examinations or its equivalent. Essential subjects: Physics and Mathematics (x3). Relevant subjects: Chemistry, Economics, Fine art, Technical Drawing, Metalwork or Woodwork (x2). Desirable subjects: General Paper and sub ICT (x1).
