This program offers courses in design, building materials, construction documents, design graphics, and computer-assisted design and drafting. It equips students with the discipline and critical thinking skills necessary to transfer to a broad range of universities and the training and technical skills to gain employment in Southern California firms.

The Architectural Technology Program offers courses in design, building materials, construction documents, design visualization and graphics, computer-assisted design, building information modeling and fabrication. The program prepares students to transfer to universities or gain employment in architectural firms.

This program builds upon the fundamentals learned in Architectural Design 1, focusing on more advanced design concepts and skills. Students develop critical-thinking, design, and visual communication skills necessary for university transfer or entry-level drafting/design positions.

This certificate prepares students for entry-level drafting positions at architectural or related professional offices. It focuses on basic courses necessary to apply for such positions.

This advanced certificate indicates that the student has achieved the critical thinking, design, and visual communication skills necessary to succeed in a university or as an entry-level drafting/design intern at an architectural firm.

This certificate teaches students to design, develop, and construct small sustainable projects. It provides hands-on experience in the design and construction process.

This certificate focuses on designing, developing, and constructing three-dimensional environmental design installations and objects using digital fabrication tools. Students learn to use 3D printers, laser cutters, and other maker tools.

This certificate focuses on designing, developing, virtually constructing, and administrating multi-disciplinary projects using BIM technology. Students learn to manage projects from conception to completion using digital tools.

This certificate provides entry-level skills in the design/build profession, focusing on designing, planning, building, and producing power for small structures. Students gain hands-on experience in micro-structure design and construction.
