Admissions for B.Arch and M.Arch for the Academic Year 2025-26 are open. For details and the admission process, candidates are directed to www.mahacet.org and www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. The state-level common entrance test (CET) for M.Arch admissions will no longer be conducted from the academic year 2025-26 as per a circular dated 25th Nov 2024.
Requirements
B.Arch: National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a pre-requisite.
M.Arch: B.Arch or equivalent passed, with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognized University (45% for candidates of backward class categories, economically weaker section, and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only). For 2024-25, appearing for MAH-M.ARCH.-CET was mandatory, but this may have changed for 2025-26.
