The pre-professional Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree traditionally takes place over the course of four years, focusing on developing an understanding of how designers make decisions and how architecture and landscape architecture determine the built environment. Students develop their Bachelor degree's capstone project and may begin graduate-level coursework during the fourth year.

NDSU offers a 5-year, professionally oriented Master of Architecture program. The program curriculum fosters design leadership and creativity leading to a full master's thesis developed around student interests.

NDSU's architecture program offers students the chance to study architecture as members of a small, close-knit group whose members are selected for their academic and professional promise. The program includes field trips to cities across the country, an optional full semester abroad, a professionally- staffed wood shop, cutting edge digital media/rendering labs, and rapid prototyping tools, that include a laser cutter, 3D printing, and CNC tools.

With Collin College's Interior Design program, you will learn how to use space effectively and responsibly, considering your supply sourcing, client needs and other factors. You will learn skills important to any architect or interior designer, including spatial composition, drafting, space planning, building codes and material selection.
